What does Alpha Omega do?

Since our establishment in 1997 as Alpha Omega Securities Ltd, we have been providing a range of professional security services, designed to provide the utmost protection for our clients and their property. 

We now have over 230 members of staff, and pride ourselves on providing high quality security services on both a long and short term basis. Our services include manned guarding, CCTV monitoring, alarm response, key holding and mobile security! 

 

What is the culture like at Alpha Omega? 

At Alpha Omega Securities we work to ensure a supportive, inclusive environment. 

We constantly look for new ways to praise our fantastic staff, whether it’s by celebrating a staff member’s long service to our company, or through our ‘Employee of the Month’ and ‘Employee of the Year’ schemes. 

 

Is there a possibility for career progression?

Where possible, we pride ourselves on promoting from within our organisation. So, at all levels within the business, there are opportunities for progression. 

As a business, Alpha Omega Securities is constantly expanding, so the potential for career progression is open to all of our employees. 

 

Are there options for flexible working?

When it comes to employees with commitments outside of work, we endeavour to accommodate any requests for flexible working. 

Our Security Officer roles are particularly well suited to people looking for an alternative to standard 9 to 5 hours, as various shift patterns are available, including night and days shifts, and employees can accept or decline shifts depending on what works for them. 

 

What are Alpha Omega looking for in candidates? 

For most of our vacancies we do require that candidate hold a valid front-line SIA licence, and a full UK driving licence. 

Besides any required qualifications and experience relevant to a particular role, we are always looking for conscientious people. We want employees that we can rely on to be presentable, good with time management, and willing to learn and work to progress within the business.
