Did you know that an estimated 555,000 workers in Britain sustained an injury at work in 2017/18? For this reason, The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure that their employees have access to immediate first aid if they are injured or taken ill at work.

If you are thinking about becoming a first aider for your workplace, The Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is a fantastic introduction to the world of first aid. Run over one day, the course includes both theory and practical sessions in a relaxed atmosphere, designed to boost a candidate’s confidence.

Students that complete The Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work will receive a first aid certificate that is valid for three years. 

If you are interested in furthering your first aid qualifications, or you work in a more high risk environment, then The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work could be the right choice for you. 

This course is completed over three days, and candidates will be equipped with the essential skills needed to give safe, prompt, and effective first aid in emergency situations. In addition, as a regulated qualification, employers can book this course for their employees and rest assured that they have fulfilled their legal responsibilities for providing quality first aid training, without having to undertake any lengthy due diligence checks.

 

Kick start a career in door supervision 

If you’re looking to start a new career in the security industry, The Level 2 Award in Door Supervision is an excellent place to start. This course is certified by NOCN, and is a legal must for anyone wishing to work in the security industry, as either a Security Officer or a Door Supervisor. 

The Level 2 Award in Door Supervision is conducted over five days, and features four units; Working in The Private Security Industry, Working as a Door Supervisor, Conflict Management for the Private Security Industry, and Physical Intervention Skills for the Private Security Industry. 

 

Train in CCTV operations 

We also offer The Level 2 Award in CCTV Operations, which is certified by NOCN, and is a requirement for anyone who needs to operate a CCTV system viewing public places, as this course must be completed prior to applying for the SIA CCTV licence. 

This course is conducted over three days, and features modules on safety and emergency procedures, legislature and guidelines, and the operation of CCTV equipment. 

Once they have completed their training, many of our delegates are then given the opportunity to work for our company.
