Requirements of the job include:
- Site visits & inspections
- Staff appraisals
- Ensuring all customer contractual obligations are met (e.g. staffing, quality of service etc)
- Ensuring service delivery compliance with all quality & H&S standards
- Out of hours (on call) escalation manager on rotation
- Weekend (in office) duty manager working 1 in 3
- Assisting rostering with the staffing of sites
- Assisting with transportation of staff to and from sites
- Incident investigations & discipline hearings
