Operational Support Officer

About the role

Working with the Operations Team, undertaking various roles, examples below:

Conducting Site Visits
Inducting new members of staff onto sites
Recording and reporting incidents & occurrences
Responding to alarm activations received by our Control Room
Occasionally required to transport staff to or from sites
Securing and unlocking customer sites

Shift pattern: 5 on, 3 off

Candidate must have

Prior experience of working in the Security Industry
A valid front line SIA Licence.
A full UK Driving Licence
Good level of English reading and writing due to the nature of the work
Be able to provide a full 5-year background check in line with BS7858
