Operational Support Officer

About the role

Working with the Operations Team, undertaking various roles, examples below:

  • Conducting Site Visits
  • Inducting new members of staff onto sites
  • Recording and reporting incidents & occurrences
  • Responding to alarm activations received by our Control Room
  • Occasionally required to transport staff to or from sites
  • Securing and unlocking customer sites

Shift pattern: 5 on, 3 off

Candidate must have

  • Prior experience of working in the Security Industry
  • A valid front line SIA Licence.
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • Good level of English reading and writing due to the nature of the work
  • Be able to provide a full 5-year background check in line with BS7858
