HR & Administration Manager
Lauren Sobotta
Lauren began working at Alpha Omega Securities in January 2016 as a HR Administrator. She has since worked as HR Supervisor, and now holds the position of HR and Administration Manager. Lauren holds a degree in Business and Financial Management and is also a Level 5 CIPD HR Associate. Lauren uses her skills and experience to ensure that the HR & Administration department of the company runs smoothly. Since starting at the company, Lauren has witnessed rapid growth, and she hopes that her team can help to ensure that this continues.
