About the role

Requirements of the job include:

  • CCTV operation
  • Directing response to alarm activations
  • Logging occurrences & incidents
  • Dealing with calls from staff & customers
  • Out of hours resourcing of staff to cover absences on sites
  • Any other reasonable directions from the Operations Manager
  • Handling escalation calls (including calls at the weekend)
  • Ensuring vehicle and key checks are completed
  • Completing any weekly day visits


Candidate must have

You must, have the ability to be flexible, respond to situations as they happen, use your initiative & prioritise your workload. The position requires the candidate to have a high standard of:

  • IT skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • SIA (required)
  • CCTV Licence (preferred)

Shift Pattern

Monday & Tuesday Night Shift

Saturday & Sunday Day Shift

12 hour shifts

There will be the option to work overtime due to holidays and sickness.
