I have over 20 years’ experience within the security industry, and I have worked at all levels, including Operational Management. I am currently employed in the role of Compliance Manager and Management Representative. My main responsibilities are the monitoring and maintenance of the company Quality Management System, SIA Approved Contractors Scheme and all legislative compliance within the company.

I am a seasoned Business Development Manager with over 20 years’ experience of dealing with organizations form Sole Traders to large Multi-National Corporations. Some decades ago, I had the pleasure of working with Ken Lawton in the security industry, so now in the Autumn of my career I hope that my experience can be useful in expanding the customer base for Alpha Omega. I have worked at Alpha Omega Securities since 2005, during which time I have worked my way through various roles in the company from Office Junior to P.A. to the Managing Director. I have seen significant growth of the company and I look forward to this continuing.

I joined the company in 2010 as Accounts Administrator and I have worked my way up to Accounts/Office Manager. I am responsible for the day to day running of the Accounts Department and Payroll.

I have worked for the company since January 2016 as HR Administrator, my role is very varied. I am really enjoying my time with the company and can’t wait to see what the future has in store.


From the outset I have been impressed by the professional approach that has been taken in order to meet my needs. At the first meeting I set out my operating policy and how important it was to have the Door Supervisors with the right attitude for the success of this business. This briefing was immediately taken on board and at the second meeting I was presented with a detailed portfolio of how my policies would be met. The Customer Care package provided has dealt with my main priority to “meet and greet” the customer, the life-blood of any business, to make the all-important first impression at the front line of the business. The employees provided have also been able to deal with the problems that have arisen in the same professional manner.
